Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years and continues to have a lasting impact. My practice has helped me work towards living a healthier lifestyle, both physically and mentally. My goal is for yoga to have a positive impact on your life too.
I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Certification in 2011 at Kind Yoga School in Cape Cod, MA. Completed my Hot Yoga Certification in 2023 at Hot Asana University. Currently, I am working on an additional 300-hours of advanced training with Renew Yoga Teacher Training School. I will always be a student first and believe that yoga is a lifelong journey.
In my classes, a focus will be linking your breath to each pose through flowing sequences. The intention is to allow meaningful connections to your mind, body, and soul. Also, to create an environment where you can feel safe, comfortable, and able to achieve your personal goals. Anyone is welcome to join, what are you waiting for?

Beginning Foundation Class
This is a 60 minute introductory class. It will cover basic yoga poses, body alignment, deep breathing, and the different style classes that The Yoga Mill offers. This class is designed for a brand new student, but all levels are welcome to join and get back to the basics.
