Hi my name is Trinity! I am a newly certified yoga instructor and professional dancer. I have a passion for somatics, guiding individuals on a transformative journey to cultivate inner peace within their minds and bodies. Through mindful movement and breath, I hope to empower students to curate a harmonious connection between their physical and mental well being. Join me on the mat for a holistic exploration of self-discovery and tranquility!

Description

This basics Hatha Yoga class will focus on body awareness and alignment in postures. Using basic poses, we will strengthen the body and calm the mind. There will be modifications offered for those with restrictions and options to deepen the pose for those who want more of a challenge. All are welcome.
