L’s physical and mental abilities continue to grow and flourish as a coach and athlete. She started training using the CrossFit methodology in 2011 and immediately became drawn to the workout community, competition, and all aspects of it and how it enhanced her life. Coaching, programming, teaching, and studying are just a few staples of life where she thrives. In 2012, she received her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer’s certification for Coaching and her Level 2 CrossFit Trainer’s Certification in 2016 and again in 2021. She’s worked with all sorts of people— from middle school athletes, 75 year olds coming off the couch, Adaptive Athletes, and traveling competitors. She truly enjoys supporting and encouraging athletes in all fitness communities both in and out of the gym. Currently, she is the owner of Good Mover Training- a boutique personal training program.
Description
Build strength and mobility in this 45 minute strength and conditioning class. Beginning with a warmup, leading into some mobility movements, strengthening exercises and a cool down. Prepare to have fun and sweat!
