A supportive yoga practice for real life bodies and real life minds. I began teaching yoga in 2011 after completing my 200-hour training in Florida, and later completed an additional 300-hour training. My classes blend strong anatomical awareness with a lighthearted, accessible approach that helps you understand your body while enjoying the practice. Whether in the studio or online, my goal is the same: to help you move with more ease, breathe more fully, and feel more at home in yourself. This all-levels yoga and meditation class is a space to come home to yourself. Through mindful movement and intentional breath, you’ll release what you’ve been holding and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease.

Move, breathe, and soften—no matter where you’re starting from. We’ll close with meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, calm, and fully present.
