Stephanie is a lifelong student of the system of yoga who has taught for over a decade. She loves to guide classes that focus on mind and heart, as well as a strong physical practice. Her family has been here over twenty years, and after a lot of travel and exploration she settled down to call WNC home seven years ago. She and her two littles take in the wonder of the mountains every chance they get.

A vinyasa style class that links breath with movement. This class unites your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Build strength in the core, balance in the body, increase flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, feel alive and revived.
