I began practicing yoga in high school as a means of managing anxiety and connecting to my body. From then on, yoga has been a healing and present practice in my life. Yoga has given me a foundation of body, mind, and spiritual awareness. In 2024, I completed a 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training in Koh-phangan, Thailand. My training focuses on Hatha yoga, vinyasa, and breath work practices. Within my classes, I try my best to hold space for stillness, reflection and growth. I practice and teach yoga with the intention of connecting deeper with myself and others. I hope to share the joy of practice with you!

Experience transformative power in this vigorous vinyasa style (linking breath with movement) yoga class that builds strength, endurance and flexibility through flowing sequences of challenging poses. With special focus on the Yamas & Niyamas (the first 2 limbs of the yoga system)
