Kristi Sharp
Kristi began teaching in 2018 after completing her 200-hour Teacher Training in Vinyasa. Since then she has taught a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle, Power, and Aerial Yoga. She also enjoys experimenting with other styles of yoga such as AcroYoga. Her heart-centered classes focus on cultivating a deeper sense of compassion, self-love, and connection between your mind, body, and spirit through movement (Vinyasa), stillness (Yin), and breath-work. She looks forward to welcoming you on the mat.
Description
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive style of yoga that focuses on stretching & mobilizing the body's deep connective tissues. Poses are held for extended periods (3-5 minutes) to target these deeper tissues and promote flexibility and joint mobility. The focus is on internal exploration, stillness, and releasing tension.
