Kristi began teaching in 2018 after completing her 200-hour Teacher Training in Vinyasa. Since then she has taught a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle, Power, and Aerial Yoga. She also enjoys experimenting with other styles of yoga such as AcroYoga. Her heart-centered classes focus on cultivating a deeper sense of compassion, self-love, and connection between your mind, body, and spirit through movement (Vinyasa), stillness (Yin), and breath-work. She looks forward to welcoming you on the mat.
Description
A slow-paced, all-levels practice that focuses on long-held, passive poses to gently stretch and release the body's connective tissues, promoting relaxation and increased flexibility.
