I began teaching yoga in 2011 after completing my 200-hour training in Florida, and later completed an additional 300-hour training.
My classes blend strong anatomical awareness with a lighthearted, accessible approach that helps you understand your body while enjoying the practice.
Whether in the studio or online, my goal is the same: to help you move with more ease, breathe more fully, and feel more at home in yourself.
I also offer online classes so you can practice anytime, anywhere to support your consistency beyond the mat.

Description
This workshop-style class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence while exploring inversions, arm balances, and other challenging poses. Each month we’ll focus on a featured pose and break it down step-by-step to help you deepen your practice. Come ready to learn, play, and grow! Some yoga experience is recommended.
