Through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful sequencing, I aim to create an environment where students can feel both supported and challenged. I encourage each individual to tune into their own body, honoring where they are on any given day while gently exploring their edge. My teaching style blends strength and softness, helping students cultivate resilience not just on the mat, but in everyday life. My approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than just physical postures—it’s a practice of presence, exploration, and inner alignment.
