Description

An alignment and yin focused class, slowing down the typical vinyasa flow and holding postures for longer to more deeply immerse and know your body's needs in each posture. This class will be focused on slowing down, coming into alignment, and will incorporate a variety of kriyas and pranayama practices. The intention for this class is to cultivate deeper states of relaxation, soothe the nervous system, and listen deeply to the bodies wisdom. For yogis of all range of experiences.
