We are happy to offer weekly meditation classes by donation every Wednesday. The suggested donation is a sliding scale from $5-15 depending on what you can afford. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds!
We begin our meditations with 10-15 minutes of movement before settling into a seated posture. Each class will zoom in on a series of mudras centered around a weekly theme. Mudras are thought to create energetic shifts inside the body. They are also great tools in the exploration of noticing the activities of inner and outer worlds, attuning to subtle energies and energetic flows, and cultivating deeper self awareness. The marriage of mudras and meditation can also assist in grounding into the present moment and facilitating an inner alchemy.
