Somatic yoga is a constant invitation to feel your body
or a specific area, organ or tissue in the body. It is the practice of continuously coming back to sense oneself. Maintaining a curiosity towards oneself.
We try to connect with the innate intelligence of the body
in order to find more efficiency and joy in our practice and daily life.
We have all been given this gift, this body, and the opportunity to to get to know this body.
Somatic Yoga can guide you on this path of exploration where curiosity is the main tool.
