This class offers the perfect balance of effort and ease, strength and surrender. We begin with 40 minutes of dynamic, breath-centered Vinyasa flow, building heat, strength and flexibility as we move through energizing sequences.
Then, we transition into the stillness of Yin, where we hold deep stretches for an extended time, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to find calm. This fusion of movement and mindfulness creates a beautifully balanced practice, leaving you feeling both invigorated and deeply restored.
