* Level 1 Everybody is welcome. From beginners to advanced practitioners.
PREPARE AT HOME: 2 tennis balls; 1 sock, your own mat, cushions and/or blocks.
In Yin Yoga we hold seated and reclined poses for multiple minutes, fully relaxing into them with the help of props.
By stretching with cold and relaxed muscles the stretch can go deep into the connective tissues, fascia, joints and gently stimulate acupressure points. This helps improve flexibility and joint mobility awakening dull places in the body.
Practicing stillness and conscious breathing helps us to enter a meditative state and strengthen our presence.
Take this time to reconnect with yourself and deepen your awareness.
