This class is suitable for all levels.
In Yin Yoga we hold seated and reclined poses for multiple minutes, fully releasing into them with the support of props.
By stretching with cold and relaxed muscles the stretch can go deep into the connective tissues, fascia and joints and gently stimulate acupressure points. This helps improve flexibility and joint mobility, awakening dull places in the body.
Practicing stillness and conscious breathing helps to enter a meditative state and strengthens our presence.
Take this time to reconnect with yourself and deepen your awareness.
