We hold seated and reclined poses for several minutes, supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets, allowing the body to soften and the stretch to reach deep into fascia and joints. Restorative postures help calm the nervous system, improve circulation and encourage healing.
With mindfulness, gentle breath awareness and moments of deep rest, this class offers a peaceful space to release tension, recharge and reconnect with yourself.
Feel free to bring your own blanket or eye pillow.
