In this class we will start with a few gentle asana’s to prepare the body. After that, Anne will guide you through the meditative practice

of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means “sleep of the yogi”. It is the intention of the practice to find a deep relaxation but to stay present to whatever might arise.

Yoga Nidra has many benefits, it can improve your sleep and reduce insomnia, help you to release tension and pain and it can learn you to connect with yourself.

During this class we might also explore other techniques of meditation.
