Experience a Pilates class with a refreshing twist. Designed to make every session feel energising, enjoyable and deeply rewarding.

This class blends Pilates exercises with smooth, flowing yoga transitions to keep your body engaged and your mind present. Classic Pilates gives you focused strength-building. Especially in your core, hips and back. While the gentle flow segments add fluidity and grace, helping to warm the body and prevent stiffness.

We finish each session with some deep Yin-style stretches. Longer holds that melt tension, nourish connective tissues and invite calm into the nervous system. This mix creates a beautiful balance between effort and ease. Strengthening muscles and improving mobility, then releasing into stillness and relaxation.
