This afternoon classes are based on Hatha yoga and Vinyasa movements.
We are going to start focusing on the breath and exploring the body, we will continue with gentle movements followed by more challenging asanas and few balancing poses. You will get into a nice flow that is very kind to your body & uplifting to your mind, so come as you are!

Every class will be slightly different from the previous one, we will try to change the focus each time to dive into a playful and fun practise.

The aim is to create a safe and relaxed environment which allow you to become aware of your body and can help you to look beyond the mat and within yourself.

Small classes, max 3 people, which allows me to focus on each of the participants, making the practice personalized and safe.
