Lunch Break Yoga!
These classes are designed to stretch out the entire body. It is a great way to slow down, decompress, increase productivity and improve focus. It allows you to open up, reduce stress in both mind & body and invites you to find what feels good! It is a great way to divide the daily routine, taking care of the body and mind, leaving you with calm and peace.
All levels are welcome!
