The intention of these classes is to create a safe and relaxed environment that allows the participants to become aware of their body and can help them to look beyond the mat and into themselves.
WHERE? Osteopati Huset (Rosenvangs Allé 17)
WHEN? Weekend 10-11 of September and weekend 24-25 of September from 10.30 to 12.00.
PRICE? Drop in 140kr/ 120kr students/low income.
I can allow max 4 participants for each class, this gives me the opportunity to focus on each of the participants and create a safe space for the practice.
