Are you new to yoga? Does the thought of joining a studio class intimidate you? Do you have questions about a particular ailment that you would like extra, personal attention on? Would you like to deepen your practice, with one-on-one attention, in the comfort of your own home? Then private yoga lessons may be exactly what you’re looking for!
A 60-minute yoga + functional movement class that takes place in the comfort of your own home. We will move at your pace and address any concerns you have.
Classes are based on anatomy, mechanics, and functional movement, and are safe and effective for all ages and skill levels. We are focused on:
>>Improving balance
>>Building strength in the legs and arms
>>Increasing flexibility and mobility of hips, shoulders, and spine through full-range of motion
>>Showing our hands and feet some love
>>Releasing tension in the shoulders and neck
>>Relaxation

We will use a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a yoga strap!
