Shoulders feeling tight? In this tutorial, we will open up the front of the shoulders and achieving a nice stretch in our arms and wrists.
This is a spicy one (especially if you spend most of your day typing away on the computer - yikes!), so be sweet to yourself and ease into the pose. You will feel a nice stretch from your fingers all the way up into your neck.
3:18 - Here I mentioned this was “internal rotation” of the arm bones… I misspoke; it’s actually external rotation!
