Open to everyone, whether you’re starting out or deepening your practice. We focus on strength, balance, flexibility, and body-mind awareness through a variety of asanas.

✨ Small groups of up to 4 people — friendly and individual approach
🧘‍♀️ Practice barefoot, in comfortable clothes
🪷 Mats & props provided (or bring your own)
⏰ Single class takes 1h and start on time
