Description

Yin is a ground based style of Yoga. Poses are held from 1-5 minutes using deep breathing and long , gentle pressure to target the deeper connective tissues of the body.
Equipment to bring:
Yoga mat
2 Blocks
Yoga blanket or beach towel
Strap/ old neck tie or belt (We have straps in the studio for use if you don’t own one)
