Don't be fooled by the name, Gentle Yoga is a great workout for students of all levels and body types. Gentle Yoga is geared toward the student who seeks movement at a slower pace, in order to really learn how their body moves. It includes milder flow, and less intense positions and time for mediation and breath work.
