Your Body, Energy, Mind, Intuition and Your Deepest Essence
Join easily from comfort of your home, together with others!
DAILY ONLINE YOGA – LIVESTREAM – A complete 12-week course in yoga philosophy and intens daily yoga practice, guided by SatyaSimran and based on her book Yogic Life: A Journey Through Yoga and 9 dimensional Awareness
This CHALLENGE invites you to show up for yourself – five days per week. When you don’t, a €10 penalty per missed class applies. This amount will be used for a shared group gathering at the end of the journey. Alternatively, you can reset by joining another class.
Weekly Schedule
• Monday: Yin in Frequencies (Breath and Sound)
• Tuesday: Hatha in Duality (Kosha Alignment)
• Wednesday: Ashtanga for Beginners (8 Limbs Development)
• Thursday: Kundalini Science (Experience in Density)
• Friday: Restorative Nidra (Deep Relaxation and Focus Manifestation)
Core Principles of the Course
• Neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to adapt through repetition.
• Observer Effect – awareness itself changes what is observed.
• Unified Field – the underlying energy and consciousness connecting all of life.
• Koshas – layers of existence (yogic philosophy).
• 8 Limbs of Yoga – practice of Yoga (yogic philosophy).
• 9-dimensional awareness – 9 ways of seeing (perceptions).
This challenge is an invitation to watch, repeat, shift — and discover clarity, strength, and stillness within yourself. Nothing in your life will stay the same again!
The Challenge
You want a mind challenge? Try waking up early and just sitting — with yourself.
Not doing. Not fixing. Just being. That… is the challenge. Not pushing — but placing the mind. Gently. Over and over. Until something shifts. Like watching repetition, again and again, until surrender rises and clarity sneaks in.
And that clarity… it echoes — into your breath, your choices, your relationships, your life.
When it gets hard, you remember how to stay. You learn to stand for yourself, accept yourself, and unconditionally love yourself — in your body, in your mind, in every little daily move.
It’s also a game. A deep one. What lives between your ears shapes your entire world. Most of it — automatic. Formed by parents, by joy, by pain. Translated into thoughts, into emotions, into habits, into the body, into how you love.
But then… there comes a pause. A breath. A moment of feeling everything at once —
Grateful. Raw. Full. Until silence meets your own heart in all that is fleeting — especially those old ideas that serve no one anymore.
Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodhah — The stilling of the mind’s waves. Bend, don’t break.
Do you know that we can reprogram our mind, body, and life? That we are, in actuality, nothing more than data of experiences, ideas, emotions, and habits?
Choose a different breath. A different posture. A new rhythm. A new way of being.
Don’t accept anything. Don’t reject anything. Hold all possibilities. That is what we mean when we talk about flexibility in Yoga.
Heartfelt welcome,
SatyaSimran
During this 12-week challenge, you’ll receive support from fellow challengers through a private WhatsApp group (optional). Want to continue after the challenge? No problem — we offer plenty of classes, workshops, and trainings to support your development.
If you have any questions? Send a WhatsApp message to SatyaSimran.

------------------------------------------------------
Nederlands onderaan This is a combination class.
We begin with restorative yoga and end with yoga nidra.
Restorative yoga literally means “restorative” or “renewing yoga.” It refers to using yoga to activate the body’s natural self-healing ability. This can be very much needed during or after a period of physical or mental overload. Your body is capable of much more than you think—you just need to give it the rest and practice it requires.
Yoga nidra, which literally means “the sleep of the yogis,” is a form of yoga used to prepare both the mind and body before seeking deeper levels of consciousness through meditation. In many cases, yoga nidra is practiced on its own as a daily relaxation technique.
Practitioners claim that half an hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to three hours of regular sleep, although regular use as a substitute for sleep is not recommended, since both body and mind still require sufficient rest through natural sleep.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
