In a Yin yoga class, the postures (passive, sitting and lying) are held longer than in any other class. Because they are all postures in which the body can relax, you not only become more flexible, but you can also let go more easily. Many enthusiasts of yang (active) classes also like to go to a yin class to maintain balance. In this class you can learn to relax, open and soften deeply in connective tissue. Singing bowls and other sound effects are used in this lesson.

Yoga Sutra of Patanjali Satsang

Guided by SatyaSimran, this Satsang is a study group for understanding oneself through the timeless wisdom of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Each gathering offers guided insight into the nature of consciousness, the movements of the mind, and the path of direct experience. Rooted in contemplative inquiry rather than intellectual study alone, this valuable hour supports self-realisation and self-regulation, inviting participants to embody the living essence of the Sutras in everyday life.
