Dianne is one of the Co-Creators of YOGA ROOM. She has been a ballet teacher for over 40 years, a schoolteacher for over 30 years, and a yoga instructor for the past 10 years. Combining all three has become her passion in life purpose. Yoga and all that goes with it has completely changed her life. She loves sharing this mind and body way of life!

Description

Bea Guides you thru this class entirely Seated on the floor. We will gently move our bodies and calm our minds. Starting with a Easeful Breathwork and Silencing our minds with a short meditation. Moving into Slow Gentle motion , incorporating holding Easeful postures along with slow movement to release tension. In this class , we slowly Flow though various seated asanas (poses) connecting each pose with the breath. Please Note : This entire class is on the Seated on the Floor. Great class for those New students, Pre and Post Natal Women, Recovering from Injuries Physically challenged or the Experienced Yogi wanting a Slow moving class. We end resting the mind and body in stillness and A Daily Inspirational Reading (Meditation) You will Leave this Class feeling relaxed and renewed and ready for your day.
