Dianne is one of the Co-Creators of YOGA ROOM. She has been a ballet teacher for over 40 years, a schoolteacher for over 30 years, and a yoga instructor for the past 10 years. Combining all three has become her passion in life purpose. Yoga and all that goes with it has completely changed her life. She loves sharing this mind and body way of life!

Description

In this one hour class, Bee will guide you through her own hybrid style of yoga. She will include breathing practices to encourage healthy, lungs, yoga movement, including both holding postures along with flow, exciting movement to help and strengthening the body. Also included in most classes are balance postures for stability back and core strength. Add in some slow Pilates type floor movements and you have Breathe…Move…Rest.
Class will end with a peaceful Chasan to include an inspirational reading or meditation, and possibly sound therapy occasionally.
Class is one hour
All level students
Modifications always given for new students.
