Dianne is one of the Co-Creators of YOGA ROOM. She has been a ballet teacher for over 40 years, a schoolteacher for over 30 years, and a yoga instructor for the past 10 years. Combining all three has become her passion in life purpose. Yoga and all that goes with it has completely changed her life. She loves sharing this mind and body way of life!

Energizing Movement Yoga is a complete practice that combines strength, flow, and relaxation. It is designed to tone, sculpt and strengthen the body without the use of weights, relying instead on the power of breath and mindful movement, this movement awakens energy, improves strength, and releases tension, by using your own body weight, May incorporate floor pilates type movements along with yoga asanas, yet still being accessible for all levels of Yogi’s. Class concludes with a calming savasana and meditation , allowing your body to absorb the benefits, allow your mind to soften, and your spirit to feel restored. We will leave grounded, uplifted, and glowing!
