A class for all levels of students that will start your week off just right with gentle flows, various yoga experiences and soothing music. A great start for your week!

Set the tone for your week. This class will warm up the diaphragm, heat up the muscles, and then slow way down into restorative poses using all the props, calming the mind and nervous system. Hands on adjustments if the student would like. All level students welcome.

Gently warm up your muscles and center your mind. An easeful Flow though various asanas (poses) connecting each pose with the
breath. Great class for those NEW to Yoga or Yogi wanting a Slow moving class. Leave Class feeling relaxed and renewed.

Sunny's class will be 2nd and 3rd Tuesday this month only.

Get the body moving and work out the mid week blahs! The float for this class will incorporate standing in balance asanas (poses) to challange the Yogi’s. The instructor also infuse fun into each class. Allow your body and mind to be challenged in a safe environment. All levels welcome. Modifications will be offered for all students.

The next step in your YOGA Journey after Introduction to Yoga.
This class will ease into Basic Yoga Asanas (Postures). Breath, modifications and the purpose for each pose will help the yogi understand the beauty of yoga for your mind, body and soul. Discussion is welcomed for further understanding of the yoga experience. Class guided by Diane. 1 Hr. Offering.

Selfcare comes in many different forms. Enjoy your time away from your cell phone or computer and spending time with other women whose intentions are in alignment with your own is one of those forms.
