Get the body moving and work out the mid week blahs! We will begin with Settling the Mind and various styles of Breathwork, followed by Beas Style of Slow to Flow Movement including asanas on the floor to standing to balancing and work our way back to the floor finishing in Savasana. We end with an Inspirational Reading to carry us thru the day or week.
Any Body Any Level can do this class, modifications are always given.

Energizing Movement Yoga is a complete practice that combines strength, flow, and relaxation. It is designed to tone, sculpt and strengthen the body without the use of weights, relying instead on the power of breath and mindful movement, this movement awakens energy, improves strength, and releases tension, by using your own body weight, May incorporate floor pilates type movements along with yoga asanas, yet still being accessible for all levels of Yogi’s. Class concludes with a calming savasana and meditation , allowing your body to absorb the benefits, allow your mind to soften, and your spirit to feel restored. We will leave grounded, uplifted, and glowing!
