A class for all levels of students that will start your week off just right with gentle flows, various yoga experiences and soothing music. A great start for your week!

Set the tone for your week. This class will warm up the diaphragm, heat up the muscles, and then slow way down into restorative poses using all the props, calming the mind and nervous system. Hands on adjustments if the student would like. All level students welcome.

Bea Guides you thru this class entirely seated on the floor. We will gently move our bodies and calm our minds. Using Slow Gentle motion , incorporating holding Easeful postures along with slow movement to release tension we will have slowly Flow though various seated asanas (poses) connecting each pose with the
breath. This entire class is on the floor. Great class for those NEW to experienced Yogi wanting a Slow moving class. We end resting the mind and body in stillness . Leave Class feeling relaxed and renewed.

75 minute class will begin with easy breath work, gentle body movement and Restorative poses with and or without props. We will end the class with live sound, resetting our minds from the day, restoring our bodies and relaxing our entire souls for the evening.
This class is for every Body. From the unexperienced to very experienced person. Class will have very few movements and will be mostly on the floor for Setting you up for a restful evening.

Get the body moving and work out the mid week blahs! We will begin with settling the mind with easy Breathwork, followed by Slow Gentle movement including asanas on the floor to standing to balancing and work our way back to the floor finishing in Savasana. We end with an Inspirational Reading to carry us thru the day or week.
Any body can do this class, modifications are always given.
