Use our wel equipped space, and take time to do your practice. There's always space for questions and working with a friend. Please tell Kristien if you want to join. You need to have a base of 1 year Iyengar yoga class followed so you can build from that.

In verband met de maatregelen om het verspreiden van het virus in te dammen verzoeken we je niet te komen als je ziekteverschijnselen hebt of koorts. We vragen je in de school aan de anderhalve meter afstand regel te houden en de hygiëne in acht te nemen. Bereid je voor op je les en kom ajb op tijd.
Meenemen checklist:
. 1 Grote handdoek of kussensloop om op de props te leggen (leg steeds dezelfde kant boven)
. 1 Gastendoekje om je voeten af te drogen. We geven de onze weg zolang de voorraad strekt. Je krijgt er alleen een als je heilig belooft het steeds naar de school mee te nemen
. Warme of koude drank
. Yogakleding aantrekken onder je gewone kleding als enigszins mogelijk.

Young or older, souple or stiff, fit or not and with or without any yoga experience, everyone can join. Never had a yoga class before? This lesson fits perfectly then! The next Get acquainted with Iyengar yoga-course in the school will be organised four Saturday afternoons in November.
Due to the measures to control the spread of the virus, we request that you do not come if you have symptoms of illness or a fever. We ask you to consider the rule of a meter and a half in the school and to observe hygiene. Prepare for your lesson and please be on time.
What to bring, checklist:
. 1 Large towel or pillowcase to put on the props (always put the same side up)
. 1 Guest towel to dry your feet. We'll offer ours while supplies last. You only get one if you make a holy promise to always take it to the school
. Hot or cold drink
. Put on yoga clothes under your regular clothes if possible

Voor iedereen met ten minste 1 jaar Iyengar yoga ervaring, tijdens lockdown maandagavond en vrijdagochtend vroeg. Te betalen met je leskaart, onbeperkt abonnement en een los ticket voor Pranayama-les.
