Nadean Foster
Nadean is a qualified Yoga, Prenatal Yoga & Meditation teacher and Women's Group Facilitator from Ireland. Having first turned to yoga as a teenager to help with the physical and emotional effects of stress, Nadean completed her initial Teacher Training in Dharamsala, India in 2018. Here, she fell further in love with the deep traditions of yoga and learnt to combine these ancient practices with a modern, scientific understanding of the body. She believes yoga is a powerful tool for reconnection and transformation, helping us to improve our relationship with ourselves, each other & the world around us. During her class expect strong, steady movements linked by the breath, designed to build inner & outer awareness, strength & flexibility. Nadean takes great care to share yoga philosophy & history in her classes, endeavouring to embrace and honour the rich traditions of the system of yoga.
