Mixed Ability, open to all.
Important: We begin at 8 am sharp. Please arrive a little earlier, as we won’t be able to let anyone in once the Meditation starts. This is a quiet class, and we’d like to avoid any interruptions for those already settling in. Thank you.
Structure:
This session focuses on meditation and breathing, with minimal guidance to support participants in turning inward and deepening their meditation practice.
There is no postural yoga, apart from a few simple resting moments between meditation and breathing.
We may also recommend optional journaling as a way to reflect on the experience.
