Ingrid qualified as a BWY teacher in 2017 and completed her Yoga Alliance Yin Yoga teaching certification in 2022 . Ingrid's Yin classes focus on bringing stillness into the body, breath and mind - achieved by moving into deeper postures for longer periods of time.
Description
New to Yin Yoga? This one-off beginner class is a simple, no-pressure way to get started. You’ll be guided through a few basic, longer-held postures, learn how to use your breath to relax into them, and pick up practical tips to help you feel more comfortable and at ease in your body.
Our Seasonal Yin Yoga series runs in blocks of four classes, each focused on the time of year and what your body needs during that season. Expect simple, longer-held postures, guided breathing, and a clear focus each week to help ease tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling more relaxed and refreshed.
The first 4-week block begins in June.
