I discovered yoga in my late teens, regularly attending Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga classes in London. Yoga has been my anchor through a demanding career and busy home life, helping me stay strong, flexible, and balanced. As I explored the wider philosophical and spiritual dimensions of the practice, I found grounding and resilience to everyday stress. Pranayama and meditation gave me energy and mental clarity, and as my children grew older, I chose to deepen my journey by training to teach, so I could share this transformative practice with others. Since 2010, I’ve been teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, as well as Pranayama breathwork and meditation in group classes, workshops, and intensives. I’m committed to lifelong learning, and have undertaken over 1600 hours of various trainings, continually growing under the guidance of inspiring teachers, in particular Lucy Crawford, and sharing what I learn with my students. My approach is inclusive, supportive and creative with the aim of encouraging my students to connect with yoga in a way that feels personal and meaningful.
