I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2016 initially training in Ashtanga Vinyasa.
In 2024 I completed a 6 month training in Embodied yoga. This training helped me to support students to explore movements within poses and to feel more intuitively with a greater sense of connectedness to the wisdom of their own bodies.
My classes aim to combine the qualities of
the asana poses with a sense of embodiment and playfulness. I believe that yoga can be for everybody. My classes are suitable for beginners.
Description
Mixed ability incl. beginners. This class is suitable for everyone who wants to make an energising start to the weekend.
Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that connects one posture to the next using the breath. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing to boost physical and mental well-being.
Although you may expect some challenging poses in this class it's not necessarily an advanced yoga class. It focuses on flowing through poses and breathing at an accessible pace.
