Ashtanga Mysore style is a unique way of practicing yoga. Instead of following the teacher’s instructions all together, you move at your own rhythm while being personally guided step by step.

Here’s how it works:

You practice the sequence at your own pace—slowly, with pauses, or repeating poses where you need to.

The teacher supports you individually and adapts the postures to your body.

Over time, you learn the sequence by heart and can practice it on your own.

Beginners start with a shorter sequence and often finish earlier, so you don’t have to stay for the full duration when you’re just starting out.
