An active form of Yoga, Spine Yoga aims to straighten the spine by using yoga asanas to relax the tense back, improve strained muscles and improve blood supply to the ligaments. Spine therapy stretches and strengthens the muscles of the back which protects the joints and restores the curvature of the spine making it stronger.
