Description
Some yogis may still prefer to practice in the comfort of their own home. In order to facilitate this, a few classes will run both in-studio and online at the same time, so you can practice wherever you feel most comfortable.
Yin Yoga is a slow deep paced practice by maintaining in one posture for a 3-5 minutes.
This practice is known to help:
• exercise bones and their connected tissues
• fully relax the muscles
• regulate the nervous system
• enhance endurance
• relax the whole body
• clear all distracting thoughts
Combining it with slow and natural breathing to achieve physical and mental harmony.
