Being mindful with yoga means that you are fully aware of your surroundings, of your actions and emotions. Being in touch with yourself and being absorbed in the present moment. Through this practice we learn to connect our mind to our breath. Mindful Yoga offers several benefits such as combating stress and anxiety, organizing thoughts, encouraging patience while discouraging reactivity and providing a deep sense of awareness.
