When practiced regularly - little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation. This class introduces you to this simple but effective practice - either sitting or lying comfortably on the floor with props. You will be led into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.
