I started practising yoga six years ago to aid my fitness and ease issues with my lower back. Little did I know how much it would change my life. Yoga is so much more than an activity to keep fit and it is my mission to show others the peace and strength they can gain through yogic practice. My passion lies with hatha yoga and yoga nidra, I resonated a lot with my traditional education in Nepal and I believe in honouring the cultures from which yoga originated. Being fully inclusive no matter background, body type, capabilities, age, sexuality or identity is very important to me. I believe yoga is for everyone.

Description

This is a traditional hatha yoga class in which we will journey through physical and mental self-discovery. We will work together to create heat and strength in the body whilst honouring relaxation. We will go back to basics with our asana whilst also trying new and exciting poses. In this class we welcome everyone, offering respect and kindness to all. Options will be provided for all levels. The aim is to offer an all round class that leaves both your body and mind feeling fulfilled, comforted and at peace.
