Great class to join if you feel sluggish, anxious or need a boost! Excellent idea if recovering from injury, surgery, postural imbalance or a life event that might have left you feeling anything from low in confidence to shattered.(Happens to us all so it's good to know there's a place to go!)
Breathing patterns matter, awareness is an attitude that supports wellbeing & you'll enjoy yourself!
Class recipe: 15min breath technique, 15min breath with movement, stretch & asana, 30min concentrated corrective practice followed by 15min reset for the week.
