I completed my RYT-200 hr teaching through Santosha Yoga Institute in 2022, where I learnt Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga and the principles and philosophies drawn from the Sri T Krishnamacharya lineage.
In 2024 I completed my 50hr Yin Yoga training through Santosha Yoga Institute, and 50 hr Kids Yoga teacher training through Rainbow Kids yoga.

This class is designed specifically for athletes, with poses that help increase flexibility, balance, and mental focus. Our experienced instructors have worked with athletes of all levels and can help you take your game to the next level.
