I completed my RYT-200 hr teaching through Santosha Yoga Institute in 2022, where I learnt Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga and the principles and philosophies drawn from the Sri T Krishnamacharya lineage.
In 2024 I completed my 50hr Yin Yoga training through Santosha Yoga Institute, and 50 hr Kids Yoga teacher training through Rainbow Kids yoga.
Description
Need a quick de-stress? This 45 minute class is perfect for those short on time looking to relax and de-stress through breath, movement, and meditation. The class will focus on breath techniques and poses that down-regulate the vagus nerve and activate the parasympathetic nervous system - or rest and digest state.
