Matwork pilates is an all-over body workout which focuses on building core-strength as the foundation of all other movement. Pilates teaches awareness of breath, correct posture and alignment of the spine to strengthen the muscles of the entire body. This class has been programmed so that participants can choose the intensity of their workout with each exercise. Please note, this is an exercise class and not a rehab class. If you have any existing injuries, please ensure you have consulted a physiotherapist before attending class.
